This software captures lessons leaned from previous projects and determines the probability factor of successful project schedule completion through the utilisation of qualitative and quantitative risk data calculations which assess all the key influences impacting on project deliverable. The information is packaged such that it provides for seamless transition into the planning phase of the project once it has been approved. This phase also contains the aspect to independently evaluate or client’s key contractor(s) and the critical equipment supplier(s) ability to deliver, OGDC project specialists will visit and review their plans and schedules to identify potential impacts to the project. This solution has been designed to be implemented as part of our client’s tender evaluation process. It provides our clients with vital planning and decision-making information whilst maximising performance and the effect on the overall project success.

Our project systems allows our client to continually and independently monitor project cost and influencing factors, and reduce the burden on Project teams workload, through empowering the project team to focus on project deliverables and thus increasing the probability of project success. OGDC project specialists will periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the clients project team by monitoring the implementation of client process against individually tailored Project Execution & Control Plan (PECP) measure cost impact elements and introduce risk mitigation and management activities, providing vital information that enables the project team to fine tune their plans and enhance their ability to manage this phase of the project. On successful project competition our project software will be utilised to capture all of the lessons learnt. During the entire project schedule utilising tools and techniques to analysis the data which is then packaged into a format which will enable the knowledge transfer to collected and can be used as parable for future projects.
