We will stimulate growth of indigenous capacity by inducting, training and accrediting all Project Managers and Engineers to international standards, ensuring that our project teams deliver best practice. All employees will be inducted on our business model, ethos and culture, with the objective of delivering a quality, management, engineering and support service product, focused on exceeding client expectations.
We will achieve growth of indigenous capacity through training of local operatives in targeted areas of competency and acquisition of technological and managerial capability. Wherever practical we will provide cross-posting and training opportunities for local operatives on our projects across the world. All local employees will be allocated a mentor and coach to support their personnel development, ensuring that their skills and competency match international standards and/or ‘Best Practice’. Personal Development Reviews (PDR’s) will be carried out on all employees (Local employees and Ex-pats) twice per annum to ensure that personal and business objectives are being achieved.
We are committed to exceeding those objectives set out in National Content Directives, and will ensure that the following quotas are achieved as a minimum:
