Employee(s), Contractor(s), Subcontractor(s) and Agent(s) have no authority to make or offer any payment (cash or gifts in kind) on behalf of OGDC Limited and / or its Affiliates that could be construed as an illegal act to secure business on behalf of OGDC and / or its Affiliates. All such suggestions and or approaches from any third party organisation must immediately be reported to the Company President.

Employee(s), Contractor(s), Subcontractor(s) and Agent(s) have no authority to make any Payment (cash or gifts in kind) on behalf of OGDC and / or its Affiliates that could be construed as an illegal act to secure improved service delivery on behalf of OGDC Limited and / or its Affiliates and / or its Clients. All such suggestions and or approaches from any third party organisation shall immediately be reported to the Company President.

Our Employee(s), Contractor(s), Subcontractor(s) or Agent(s) shall execute all business activities with integrity focused on delivering project success on behalf of our Clients enhancing the reputation of our Organisation in the market sectors and locations where we deliver our business activities.
